Manages work orders from creation through completion -- triaging incoming maintenance and service requests, assigning priority based on asset criticality and customer SLA tiers, tracking technician progress through mobile check-in/check-out, validating parts consumption against inventory, capturing proof-of-completion with photos and digital signatures, and triggering invoicing workflows upon closure. Produces work order audit trails, first-time-fix-rate metrics, and parts usage reports. Excludes inventory procurement.
