Survey Methodology Review overview

Reviews survey instrument design and methodology before field deployment -- evaluating question wording for bias and ambiguity, validating sampling strategy against target population, reviewing skip-logic and branching correctness, assessing response-scale appropriateness, checking IRB/ethics compliance, piloting with cognitive interviews, and estimating statistical power for planned analyses. Produces methodology review report and approved survey instrument. Excludes data collection execution and analysis.
