Maps and improves business processes end-to-end -- documenting current-state process flows with swim lanes, decision points, and system touchpoints, measuring cycle time, throughput, and error rates at each process step, identifying bottlenecks, handoff delays, and redundant approvals through value-stream analysis, designing future-state process flows that eliminate waste and improve throughput, quantifying improvement opportunity in time savings, error reduction, and cost avoidance, and defining implementation milestones with measurable success criteria. Produces current-state and future-state process maps, bottleneck analysis, and improvement roadmap. Excludes technology implementation and organizational restructuring.
