Partner Program Design overview
Designs and launches the organization's formal partner program from scratch -- defining partner tier structures (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum) with clear qualification criteria, designing benefit packages per tier including margin structures, MDF allocations, and co-marketing entitlements, establishing partner portal requirements with self-service deal registration, lead distribution, and certification tracking, creating partner onboarding playbooks with technical integration guides and sales enablement kits, modeling program economics to validate sustainable margin and incentive levels, and planning the launch communication sequence for internal sales teams and external partner prospects. Produces partner program charter, tier-benefits matrix, and portal requirements document. Excludes ongoing partner management.
