Implements and configures the learning management system for organizational development -- selecting and deploying the LMS platform with SSO integration and SCORM/xAPI content standard support, designing the course catalog taxonomy aligned to competency frameworks and career ladders, configuring role-based learning paths with prerequisite dependencies and completion tracking, establishing certification programs with expiration tracking and renewal notification workflows, building content authoring guidelines and review processes for internal subject-matter experts, integrating completion data with HRIS for performance review and promotion eligibility workflows, creating learning analytics dashboards showing enrollment rates, completion rates, assessment scores, and time-to-certification by team and role. Produces LMS configuration playbook, content authoring guide, and certification program specifications. Excludes course content creation.
