Developer Event Planning overview

Plans and coordinates developer-facing events including hackathons, meetups, conference talks, and workshops -- defining event objectives and success metrics, curating session content and speaker lineup, managing registration and venue logistics, preparing demo environments and sample code repositories, coordinating live-streaming and recording, planning swag and follow-up engagement sequences, and producing post-event analytics on attendance, engagement, and lead conversion. Produces event run-of-show document and post-event impact report. Excludes ongoing community management.
