Designs and implements automated customer lifecycle management across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion stages -- defining lifecycle stage criteria with entry and exit conditions based on usage, engagement, and time-based triggers, building automated engagement sequences for each stage including email nurture tracks, in-app guidance, and CSM task creation, configuring health score computation rules that combine product usage signals, support interaction patterns, and billing data into a composite customer health indicator, establishing automated risk alerts when health scores cross critical thresholds, creating expansion signal detection for upsell and cross-sell opportunity routing, setting up renewal workflow triggers with appropriate lead times by contract value, and building lifecycle stage transition reporting. Produces lifecycle automation architecture, health scoring specification, engagement sequence designs, and trigger logic documentation. Excludes CRM platform selection.
