Kradle Agent Workspace overview

Provisioned Git worktree for agent work. Each dispatch run gets an isolated workspace with its own branch, working directory, and environment variables. Workspaces are created according to the Workspace Policy and cleaned up after the run completes or after a configurable retention period.
