Kradle Agent Trigger Rule overview

Event-to-dispatch routing rule that determines when an agent should be automatically dispatched. Trigger rules match on CI failure events, incoming webhooks, issue label changes, cron schedules, or repository push events, and map the matched event to a specific Agent Stack with context assembly parameters.
