Kradle Aggregated API Server overview

Postgres-backed Kubernetes API extension that serves high-cardinality social and execution data — PullRequest, Issue, Review, Pipeline, Job, WebhookDelivery, and all agent runtime resources. Registers with kube-apiserver via APIService so kubectl, client-go, watch, RBAC, and admission work transparently while avoiding etcd storage for records that grow with usage.
