Claude Code plan mode overview

Read-only exploration mode entered via the EnterPlanMode tool. Write/edit tools are disabled; the model uses Glob/Grep/Read/AskUserQuestion to design an implementation, then calls ExitPlanMode for user approval. prePlanMode is the mode to restore on exit (typically default or accept-edits).
