Acceptance criteria
- **Pure**: same graph in → byte-identical output.
- **Deterministic**: stable ordering on every collection.
- **Idempotent**: generator manifests avoid no-op rewrites.
- **Manifested**: generated files get a sibling
.manifest.jsonwith input node ids and a content hash.
