Kradle WebhookSubscription overview

WebhookSubscription records which repository or platform events should be emitted to external or internal webhook consumers. It is owned by the forge service and participates in repository collaboration workflows. Atlas models it as a aggregated CRD with Namespaced scope, v1alpha1 storage version, and source-backed Kubernetes API metadata so controller, policy, UI/API, and provider edges can target the exact resource kind.
