Kradle Memory Update overview

Update the company brain with new knowledge, subject to review policy. Agents propose memory mutations (add entity, update association, deprecate stale knowledge) through this primitive. The memory update controller validates the proposed change against the memory ontology, routes it through the configured review workflow (auto-approve, human-review, or consensus), and applies approved changes to the memory repository.
