Special case: adapters-remote is a *transport-only* meta-adapter. It brokers
MCP and proxies events but does not host plugins, skills, slash commands, or
a TUI of its own. The "remote" target (Claude.ai, Claude desktop app, or any
catalog agent over ssh/docker/k8s) supplies all platform features.
